Tracking Your Shipment

Upon completing your order you should receive an email or text with your order number as well as your tracking number. If for whatever reason you did not receive a tracking number, please let us know at taleeperfumeco@gmail.com and we will provide you with your tracking number. You may also track your order through your account if you have one. 

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs

(USA) Standard (2-5 days): $5.95

International shipping costs will depend on where you are located.

Important Shipping Information

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the package leaves our facility, it is the carrier’s responsibility.
  • Incorrect Addresses: If an incorrect address is provided, we will only refund the cost of the items. You will need to place a new order with the correct address if you still wish to receive your items.
  • Import Taxes/Fees: Buyers are responsible for any import taxes, duties, and fees that may be incurred on international shipments.
